Diarrhea can occur 2 months or more after you stop taking this medicine. Do not take any medicine to stop diarrhea until you have talked to your doctor. Call your doctor if the diarrhea becomes severe, does not stop, or is bloody. Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.Avoid using any skin care products that can dry or irritate your skin (including skin peeling agents). Do not put cosmetics or skin care products on the treated skin.Tell your doctor if you are using erythromycin. Some medicines can affect how benzoyl peroxide/clindamycin works. Throw away any unused Duac® gel after 60 days, or Acanya® gel or Onexton gel after 10 weeks.ĭrugs and Foods to Avoid: Ask your doctor or pharmacist before using any other medicine, including over-the-counter medicines, vitamins, and herbal products.
